How To Apply

Complete all fields in the application form. Please be prepared to upload the following documents as you go through the application process:
- High school and/or post-secondary transcript(s)
- A copy of your passport
- Language assessment results (IELTS, Duolingo, PTE, IBT TOEFL or PBT)
- A copy of your receipt from Flywire showing payment of the $140 non-refundable application fee. Links to the correct institution Flywire sites are found in the "Application Fee" section of this application. Please ensure that you send your application fee to the same institution that you chose on the application.
Once you’ve completed the application form, press the “submit” button and you’ll receive confirmation that your application has been received. Your application will only be available for review by our admissions staff after you submit a completed application form, including receipt of the application fee and all supporting documents.
You will be contacted within 7-10 business days of your application being successfully processed. If you have applied to a program and have NOT been contacted, please email us at international@saskcolleges.ca.
Important notes:
- If you do not see a program available in the dropdown, the program is closed to applications.
- Saskatchewan Colleges only accepts one application per individual. Please do not submit multiple applications for different programs, locations or intakes. If you wish to change any of the listed after you've submitted your application, please email international@saskcolleges.ca.
- When paying your application fee using Flywire, please ensure you are paying the same institution you are applying to in order to avoid any delays in processing time.

Language Assessment

If your first or primary language is not English and/or your country is not exempt, you will need to provide evidence of having the English language skills in speaking, listening, reading and writing necessary to be successful in the program you are applying to. All programs require an overall minimum IELTS score band 6.5.

Consent to Use Personal Image and Information

This form authorizes Sask Colleges and all partnering regional colleges to use your personal image and limited personal information for marketing and promotional purposes. These may include, but are not limited to, brochures, newspaper and website advertising, television, radio and multimedia productions. A personal image may include photographs and audio or video recordings. Personal information may
include your testimonial, college program and location and year of graduation. This activity is conducted under the authority of the Regional Colleges Act 1988, which mandates the provision of adult education programs and services to the residents of Saskatchewan. Your personal image and information will be used in a manner consistent with the privacy provisions of the Local Authority Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. To request your image and information not be used as outlined above, please contact the student services office at the college in which you’ll attend.

Your application is not considered complete until your required education transcripts, proof of English language proficiency, copy of your passport and a non-refundable $140 application fee and receipt are received. Please include any other relevant documents required. You will be contacted within 7-10 business days of your application being successfully processed. If you have not been contacted in that time, or if you have any questions about your application, please contact Sask Colleges. Please advise Sask Colleges of any future changes of address or status, or if you wish to withdraw your application.
