Suncrest College
Suncrest College is the result of a recent merger between Cumberland College and Parkland College. Suncrest College delivers a wide variety of career, vocational and academic programming to meet the educational, economic and labour force demands of southeastern Saskatchewan. Each campus offers excellent academic support services and plenty of opportunities for extra-curricular activities.

Most of Suncrest students attend classes in Yorkton, the largest city in the region. Yorkton is able to offer amenities and conveniences of a larger city while maintaining strong community bonds. It boasts a rich ethnic diversity which allows the city to offer delectable cuisine, beautiful handcrafts and colourful festivals and events. The city features excellent schools, first-rate health care, great recreation opportunities, many employment opportunities and affordable housing options.

Surrounded by rich farmland, Melfort is a major service centre for Northeast Saskatchewan. The city offers an indoor wave pool, junior hockey, skatepark and numerous other recreational and cultural attractions.

A full-service community situated on the forest fringe, Nipawin is close to many natural attractions and lakes to enjoy year-round activities, such as fishing, swimming, skiing and golfing.

Located in the heart of the region, Tisdale is Northeast Saskatchewan’s agricultural centre of trade and commerce. It is known for having the amenities of a larger centre, but with the atmosphere and charm of a small town.
Programs
The connection students will make with their instructors and the staff members here is unmatched. You aren’t just a number here and you are really cared for. I had to finish my program online in 2020 due to the pandemic and my instructors were so caring and supportive during a such scary and stressful time.
